What it costs

Two ways we help, priced separately. Most of the cost of a vaccine is manufacturing, which is passed through at cost. What you pay us for is the work around it: the analysis, the regulatory filings, and the coordination with your physicians.

Two ways we help

Where you are right now decides which.

One or both can apply. Which fits is worked out in the first conversation, before anything is billed.

Treatment analysis

The disease is active, or you want a second look.

$5,000 to $8,000per patient, including expanded-access work when it is needed

  • Whole-exome DNA and RNA analysis of the tumor, against a matched normal sample
  • Every therapy the biology supports, graded by evidence: approved, off-label, trials, and expanded access
  • The way in for each option, prepared for your physician before it is needed
  • The case re-checked as new trials and evidence appear, for as long as we are on it

Starts from an existing sequencing report. If there is none yet, we talk through the options first.

Personalized vaccine

Treatment is done, the scans are clear, and the plan is to wait.

$50,000 to $75,000all in, including manufacturing

  • Everything in treatment analysis
  • Vaccine targets chosen from the mutations unique to your tumor
  • The regulatory filing for a single patient, prepared and submitted
  • Manufacturing arranged and passed through at cost
  • Coordination with the physician who gives the vaccine

For patients with no evidence of disease after treatment, with tumor tissue available.

How we price it

You pay for the work, not the markup.

Manufacturing at cost

The vaccine is made by a licensed manufacturer. Their invoice is passed through to you as it is, with nothing added.

Our fee is the service

The analysis, the regulatory work, and the physician coordination. That is where the price above comes from.

Patient-funded for now

Insurance does not yet cover this. We are building toward coverage as the platform and the regulation around it mature.

Every case gets a written quote before any work starts. Nothing is billed until you say yes.
